DESIGN CONSULTATION

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Design consultations are 60min video calls where Chelsea can support and guide your design decisions and direction, and answer all of your questions.

  • Share your space over video, put together a presentation with photos and/or links, or simply chat and take notes.

    The time is yours to use however is most helpful for you.

  • Following our call, you will receive overview notes as well as actionable next steps for you to take.

  • An additional service if you need help finding specific pieces or materials for your project.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN

A comprehensive design package from initial concept and product sourcing, to expert styling and design touches. This package can be tailored to your exact needs – whether you are a looking to design your personal residence, or an investment property.

  • A 60min video call to get to know you, and better understand your project.

  • You will complete a client questionnaire to understand your unique needs, design preferences, and lifestyle.

  • Visual representations of the overall design direction for the home.

  • 2D plans pertaining to the space layout, functionality, circulation paths, and adjacencies.

  • Together we will make decisions related to the materials and lighting fixtures.

  • Each room in need of design will be rendered either 2D or 3D depending on your needs.

  • Chelsea will source furniture, decor, lighting, materials, etc. You will receive a full list of products, with the option of purchasing through Chelsea for select discounts.

  • Chelsea may be available for in-person interior styling.

SHORT TERM RENTAL DESIGN

Make your short term rental stand out among the rest and create a beautiful space guests love. With this package, Chelsea leverages her interior design expertise and first-hand experience as a short term rental owner and investor, to elevate the design of your property.

    Chelsea can work directly with your builder if needed.

  • Each room in need of design will be rendered either 2D or 3D depending on your needs.

  • Chelsea will source furniture, decor, lighting, materials, etc. You will receive a full list of products, with the option of purchasing through Chelsea for select discounts.

  • Logo design, brand guidelines, and social media assets for your rental.

  • Custom website for direct bookings.
